All orders are shipping via AusPost with tracking numbers provided.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Refunds
Please use our contact form to start a conversation of your return so we can work on the appropriate resolution.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, have its original packaging and a copy of your receipt with your name.
Once we have approved reviewing the return of your product(s), we will ask you to post the products back to us. Upon receiving them, we will review the physical product(s) and notify you if your return has been approved.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 2 weeks (this may vary from bank to bank).
Exchanges
We will work with you to help ensure you have the best product for you. We can offer exchanges on unopened products with shipping at your own cost. If you would like to request an exchange, please let us know and we will do our best to facilitate.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via AusPost Regular/Standard unless you have upgraded to Express. A tracking number will be provided to track your order, right to your door!
Shipping times vary, but orders are usually delivered within 5 business days or up to 10 during peak seasons.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returns. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Upon contacting us, we will provide the appropriate return address.
